1. Return Window
Standard in-stock items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

2. Return Eligibility
Returned items must be unused, unsoldered, and in their original, intact packaging with all labels, reels, and documentation included.

3. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund on a change-of-mind basis:

• Cut-tape / strip-cut components
• Programmed or pre-flashed chips
• Custom-ordered and non-standard materials

4. Return Shipping (Change of Mind)​
If an item is returned because you changed your mind, the return shipping cost is borne by the customer.

5. Wrong, Damaged, or Defective Shipments
For items shipped incorrectly, damaged in transit, or with a quality defect, please submit photos and your order number within 7 days of delivery.

6. Resolution for Quality Issues
Once a quality issue is confirmed, we will, at our discretion, reship, repair, or refund the affected items.

7. Custom Orders (PCB, PCBA & Development Projects)​
Custom PCB, PCBA, and electronics development projects cannot be cancelled or returned once production has started.
If a custom product does not match the confirmed files or specifications, we will rework, remake, or negotiate a refund as appropriate.

8. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

9. Original Shipping Charges
Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable, except where the issue is caused by our responsibility (e.g., wrong or defective shipment).
